On Thursday, 27 November 2025, the University of Zakho hosted a job fair, where a variety of job opportunities and services were presented.

 

This fair was organized in coordination between the University’s Career Development Center and the Kurdistan Foundation JOBS.KRD. The main goal of the event was to bridge the gap between education and the labor market by creating direct connections between graduates, job seekers, and employers.

 

During the event, 30 companies participated, showcasing diverse professional opportunities, and more than 100 job openings were made available for applicants to submit their applications.

 

This initiative reflects the ongoing commitment of JOBS.KRD to career development for youth, support for companies in finding qualified employees, and the promotion of economic growth across the Kurdistan Region.
